The ‘Oosterse Afrikaanse Kring’ is the student association for Sinology, Indology, Arabic and Islam Studies and African Languages and Cultures students. Besides organising the book sale and providing study tips where needed, the OAK offers various activities completely in line with the different fields of study that it represents - think of our famous Oriental tea evenings, but also karate workshops, Indian dinners, etc. The OAK is a small and close association that supports its students in the best way possible and is open for a conversation and a drink.
