The ‘Vlaams Rechtsgenootschap Gent’ is the largest Ghent-based student association for future jurists. Throughout the year we provide different activities for students that will make their student years the best of their lifetime.

Each year we organise an ‘OpeningsTD’ in the Vooruit, where we turn everything upside down together with over 1000 confreres. In the second semester we go all out with an amazing gala. Sportsmen will enjoy themselves as well. We participate in weekly matches and tournaments across more than 15 different kinds of sports. Culture should not be missing, so enjoy our own play and a wide range of interesting and enriching excursions and activities.

Furthermore, we help students where needed by selling books at the lowest prices. We offer various tips & tricks, notes, summaries and exam questions collected through the years. Our job information evenings, pleading workshops, pleading competitions and our famous VRJ Job Fair (the largest in Belgium as regards the legal profession) are amazing events to prepare students for their way into the labour market.
